This approach has contributed to over sixty new home starts since July of 2004 with homes ranging from the low $300's to over a million dollars. We feel our primary responsibility as a builder is to provide detailed and accurate information to our owners as to the various aspects of construction. This information allows our owners to make educated decisions on how best to utilize their financial resources as part of the homebuilding process.
