Terry Woldt grew up in the Woldt Homes business and is the company's second president. After receiving his BBA degree with honors from SMU, Terry spent three years in Corporate America before joining the family business in 1973. Under his leadership, the company has grown from its original base in the " new" Preston Hollow area to become Dallas ' premier builder of custom homes. Woldt Homes has built hundreds of homes over the years with a primary focus on Preston Hollow and the Park Cities .
