The Endeavour Clar Lake - Galveston Homes

Welcome to Endeavour Holdings, Inc., a Texas-based company specializing in waterfront real estate developments. I founded Endeavour Holdings in 2004. Since that time, the company has expanded in exponential ways.

In 2005, we announced plans for Endeavour Clear Lake, Houston's first luxury, waterfront, high-rise condominium. With this dynamic new development, we put the Bay Area Houston region on track to compete with major waterfront condo markets, such as Florida and Southern California. We broke ground on Endeavour Clear Lake in April 2006.

One month later, we unveiled a partnership with Dallas-based Sun Resorts International, Inc. to purchase and redevelop two well-known waterfront properties on the north shore of Clear Lake - Marker 1 Marina in Seabrook and Parkside Marina. Marker 1 Marina is undergoing a $20-million redevelopment to become Endeavour Marina on Clear Lake. Parkside Marina is being transformed into Endeavour Parkside, a $70-million, 34-story residential condominium tower featuring 146 units.

Partnerships continued in May 2006 when our company teamed with real estate developer Jerry Argovitz and announced a partnership with Sonya Porretto-Nelson to co-develop Endeavour Porretto Beach on the Seawall in Galveston. The proposed $100-million development will be a multi-tower, high-rise residential condo/hotel.

And in fall 2006, Endeavour Holdings became the newest member of the media with the launch of Endeavour Lifestyles. This quarterly, full-color, luxury magazine is designed for Houston and Galveston-area residents who enjoy life on the water.
