David Scoggins began his building career after he graduated from Texas A&M in 1980 with a degree in marketing. He started with Pulte Homes supervising several large subdivisions in the Houston area. After three years, he accepted a supervisory position with Perry Homes. He had valuable experience with some of the most well known builders in the state by the time he started his own custom home building business in 1987. Five years later, he saw an opportunity in the growing central Texas/Austin area. He worked for Wilshire Homes as superintendent over several subdivisions in the Austin area and later for Del Web in Georgetown. His first custom building job was a million dollar home in the Horseshoe Bay area, and it was a greatly rewarding experience.

Since then, the majority of his business comes from referrals of satisfied clients. Currently David is building many outstanding homes in the Georgetown area with several custom homes under construction in the Cimarron Hills Subdivision. David and his family have lived in the Georgetown area for ten years.
